Learning Challenge: Desk Exercises

I read the article, "6 Yoga Exercises You Won't Be Embarrassed to Do at Your Desk."  I thought the article was very informative and I sought to do the exercises myself. The shoulder roll exercises felt amazing. I did not know I needed that in my life until that moment. An exercise I could not do without breaking or misplacing some bone was the Reverse Prayer Pose. How do people do that? I tried the Reverse Prayer Pose and my hands could not fold like that behind my back. Is it just me or are other people having the same problem. Overall, I enjoyed this exercises!
